Approach

Systemic coaching to
drive lasting movement.

Hadjimé doesn’t support change — we intervene on the recurring loops that prevent you from reaching your goals. Together we create the conditions for the system to transform itself. We don’t force the system : we find the precise point where a minimal intervention produces a maximal effect.

Hadjimé, a transformation incubator

An incubator creates a favorable environment — temperature, nutrients, protection — that lets a living organism develop according to its own dynamic. It doesn’t impose growth; it makes it possible. A living system — human, organizational — doesn’t transform by receiving an external solution: it transforms by recovering its own capacity to generate the new from what it already is.

This is Hadjimé’s posture toward your organization. A classic consulting firm arrives with ready-made solutions and imposes them on the system. Hadjimé does the opposite: it diagnoses what blocks movement, then creates the conditions for your system to recover its natural capacity to transform itself.

What emerges is therefore not a solution imposed from outside, but a response the system generates itself — one it can reproduce, adjust, and sustain without permanently depending on an external actor. That is what incubating a transformation means: not declaring it, but creating the conditions for it to take root from within — and stay there.

Our approach
01
Systemic diagnosis
Identify the recurring loops, spot the attempted solutions that maintain or worsen the situation, locate the minimal leverage point.
02
Targeted intervention
Create the conditions for the system to transform itself. Capitalize on homeostasis and experience to generate lasting effects with minimal energy.
03
Anchoring the movement
Ensure the change holds without the coach’s presence. Develop the internal capacity to adjust the system.
04
Measuring impact
Define together the concrete transformation indicators : observable behaviours, measurable results, and revisit them at 3, 6 and 9 months.
Our quality commitment

Three requirements structure every Hadjimé intervention, from the initial diagnosis to measuring impact.

01
We are the guardians of the process, you are the expert of your field
You know your profession, your sector, your organization better than anyone. The role of Hadjimé’s interventions isn’t to tell you what to do — it’s to guarantee a process that lets your own answers emerge : seeing the survival strategies at work (power plays, unspoken tensions, territorial games), naming without judgment what everyone perceives but dares not say, and respecting the rhythm and reality of your system.
02
Our interventions are supervised
Every intervention undergoes regular supervision, guaranteeing an accurate posture in the face of power dynamics that are sometimes complex. It is an ethical requirement : a practitioner who works on power systems must themselves be supervised on the use they make of their own.
03
Our relational posture is our first tool
Real transformation isn’t achieved by adding more tools or processes — it’s revealed by acting strategically with what blocks. Poorly calibrated, an intervention can weaken a system already under tension : posture, framing, confrontation and questioning are powerful relational tools, to be used wisely. The quality of the relationship — within the team as within the intervention itself — is as decisive as the method.
